Item: Vintage Signed Canadian Studio Pottery Porcelain Lidded Jar Urn. I am not familiar with the signature. Looks like a white porcelain body to me.
 
Measurements: 5 inches to the top of the lip. 6 inches to the top of the lid finial. 5 & 1/2 inches across the widest point.
 
Condition: Vintage, previously owned. There is no damage to note. There are no chips or cracks. There may be other minor signs of age/use/patina.
