Item: Vintage Bold Elegance Signed Sacred Hearts Arrows Rhinestone Brooch. This is signed Bold Elegance. I'm not sure this strictly qualifies as vintage (20 years or older). I was not able to find any information about the company. It is gold tone metal with red and crystal rhinestones. The display box is not included in the sale of the brooch.
