Item: Antique Victorian Gold Filled Paste Ruby Small Childs Bangle Bracelet. This is stamped R&G Co. It looks gold filled to me. The pink stones are glass. 
 
Measurements: 6 & 1/8th inches around the inside diameter. It measures 2 inches X 1 & 13/16th inches across the inside diameter. It measures 4.5mm wide.
 
Condition: Antique, previously owned. One of the stones is chipped/damaged.  There may be other very minor signs of age/use/patina.
