Item: Antique Sterling Silver Deep Blue Enamel Diamond Paste Heart Shaped Pendant. This is stamped 925. There is a maker's mark, but it's indistinct. The stones are paste (glass). The display box and chain are not included in the sale of the pendant.
 
Measurements: 1 & 3/4 inches long and 1 & 1/8th inches across.
 
Condition: Antique, previously owned. There are only minor signs of age/use/patina. There are no missing stones and the enamel is intact. I think the two pieces of the clip were welded together at some point, they are no longer welded.
